On 11 December 2026, we look forward to welcoming colleagues and partners from across the UK and Ukraine to the annual UK–Ukraine Twinning Conference, hosted by the Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office (FCDO) in London.
Organised by Cormack Consultancy Group (CCG), the conference will celebrate the achievements of the Twinning Initiative, recognise the resilience of Ukrainian universities and bring our community together to look ahead to new opportunities for collaboration.
Since its launch, the Twinning Initiative has connected more than 100 UK and Ukrainian universities and supported over 1,000 collaborative projects. Behind these numbers are people, shared experiences and partnerships that continue to grow, even in the most challenging circumstances.
The conference will be an opportunity to celebrate what we have achieved together, share ideas and strengthen our commitment to supporting Ukrainian higher education and its future.
The conference follows Ukrainian Week in the UK (1–10 December), celebrating Ukrainian culture, education and the connections between our university communities.
We look forward to bringing our Twinning community together once again. Together, we stand with Ukrainian universities, celebrate their resilience and help build a brighter future through education and partnership.
