Ukrainian Week in the UK
“Cormack Consultancy Group (CCG) developed the Ukrainian Week in the UK as an opportunity for universities and their communities across the country to celebrate Ukrainian culture, language, history and education, while demonstrating the strength and depth of UK–Ukraine university partnerships.
The Ukrainian Week in the UK is about celebrating the important work that universities have been doing amid hardship, and it allows us to bring some of this work together and show the wider public what we are doing.”
Charles Cormack, Chairman, CCG

Nowadays, Ukraine’s rich cultural and historical heritage has drawn global attention. Amid resilience and hardship, Ukrainian voices — through art, education, industrial development, research, academic achievement, literature, language, and traditions — continue to thrive.
The Ukrainian Week in the UK offers an opportunity for UK universities and their Ukrainian partners to celebrate this heritage, deepen cross-cultural understanding, and foster international academic solidarity.
By building this together through the UK-Ukraine Twinning Initiative, each university pair co-designs events that reflect mutual interests and local community engagement to celebrate Ukrainian Week in the UK.
